I felt like the prices were fair, and the coating supplies seem solid for what I paid. Shipping was a little more than I would’ve liked, but nothing too crazy. Overall, I’d still say it was worth it.

I ordered some coating supplies and, to be fair, the checkout itself was totally fine, so I figured everything was good. But then after that it just kind of got annoying. I didn’t really hear anything for a few days, and I started wondering if the order was actually moving or just sitting there, so I ended up having to email them to ask what was going on. Shipping took longer than I expected too, which didn’t help. The product did show up and it was okay, so it’s not like the whole thing was a disaster, but the ordering process just wasn’t great. I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to order from them again

I reached out for help and just felt like I was stuck waiting with no real answers. Instead of actually helping, support made it seem like the issue was somehow my fault. Frustrating experience overall.

They had a ton of colors to choose from, maybe too many lol, but I found what I needed quickly. I did ask support a quick question and they were basically like, “go with the shade that matches your setup best,” which helped me narrow it down. Overall, easy experience.

I ordered powder coating from Columbia Coatings it just didn’t spray or lay down the way I expected. I adjusted my gun, double-checked my prep, and still ended up with a finish that looked blotchy and rough.

I even tried a second batch because I figured maybe I was doing something wrong, but it came out the same. At that point, it’s kind of hard not to think the powder itself was the issue. Wasted time and parts, so I don’t see myself ordering again.

My order ended up taking longer than the shipping estimate, and the updates were lacking. I wasn’t asking for much, just a basic heads-up about what was going on, but that felt kind of ignored. I had to keep waiting around without a clear idea of when it would arrive, which was really frustrating.

I called about a coating issue and they just kept bouncing me around. Nobody really gives me a clear answer, and it felt like they was just trying to get me off the phone.
